Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-11-08

These terms cover your use of sendmind.dev and the Sendmind early access program. By using the site or joining the list, you agree to them. Sendmind is a Zeno Acquisition project.

Early access

Sendmind is in private preview. Features, pricing and availability shown on this website describe our planned launch and may change before the product opens. Joining the early access list does not create a paid subscription or guarantee a beta seat.

Using the website

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, submitting other people's email addresses without permission, or using automated tools to spam our forms.

Your content

When the product launches, you keep all rights to the content you send to Sendmind. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to send the content you share.

When paid plans open, prices, credits, trial terms and cancellation rules will be shown clearly before you pay. Paid plans will be billed through a merchant of record that handles taxes and receipts.

Intellectual property

The Sendmind name, logo, website design and software belong to us. Brand names and logos of other companies shown on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

No warranty

The website and early access program are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we cannot promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the early access program.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell people on the early access list.
