We will update this policy with full details, including the processors we use, before the app opens to the public.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run Sendmind (for example, hosting and email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Early access emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until 12 months after launch if you never become a user, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA. Email contact@sendmind.dev and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit, strict access controls and security headers. See our Security page.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify people on the early access list.
